• We have just brought a home, what do you recommend to upgrade security?

  — The first thing we would suggest is to rekey your house to new keys, preventing the old keys from working as you can never know how many copies are out there. We can also key them alike at the same time so you only have 1 key that operates your whole house. Rekeying your locks is actually cheaper than replacing them as we still use the existing lock and only change the pins inside to suit new keys. Next, we would suggest to fit deadlocks where applicable, make sure your windows and any access point to the home are properly secured with quality products.

• Do you work after hours?

  — Occasionally we will have a locksmith available on call.

• Can you make a key to my lock?

  — In most cases, yes, we can make a key to suit your existing lock.

• Do locksmiths damage locks when gaining entry to a property?

  — We are highly trained professionals, and use non-destructive methods to gain entry. On very rare occasions, the lock may need to be damaged to obtain access, however we will discuss with you beforehand.

• Do you do gate and garage remotes?

  — Yes, we do.

• I’m currently locked out, how much do you charge to gain entry after hours?

  — Our price to gain entry after hours to a building or vehicle in the Karratha area is $250 + GST.
