• How far will you travel?

  — We will travel anywhere in the Pilbara and Gascoyne region.

• How long does it take to make keys to my vehicle if I have lost them all?

  — We can normally have working keys made within 2 hours once the job has started.

• My keys have been lost or stolen, what should I do?

  — Firstly, report it to the police. Next, we would recommend giving us a call so we can delete the key from your vehicle immobiliser memory , preventing it from starting the vehicle if someone tries to. We can also rekey your vehicle locks so that the old keys are unable to open the door locks, etc.

• Do you install , remove or work on non factory immobiliser systems?

  — No, we only work on genuine factory immobiliser systems.

• Do you make keys for older vehicles?

  — Yes, we certainly do.

• What brands do you work on?

  — We cover most makes and model vehicles.

• Do you offer warranty on your vehicle keys?

  — Due to the sensitive nature of vehicle keys which are often mistreated, we offer a 3-month warranty.

• Do you have any tips for looking after my vehicle keys?

  — We sure do!

  1. Keep away from water or high moisture areas.
  2. Keep your keys away from young children , who tend to put them in their mouth. Remote / smart keys contain a coin battery which can be hazardous if swallowed.
  3. Keep your vehicle keys in a safe place when not in use and out of sight if someone breaks into your home.
  4. If you have a smart proximity key, ensure that the key is not within proximity of the vehicle when not getting used, as this can drain you battery sooner than expected and can also allow someone to open your vehicle.
  5. Avoid dropping or throwing your keys.
